Dr. McKenna is very arrogant...he does not have a friendly bone in his body. \r
The girls at the front desk give you a dirty look if you don't tip. The last time I checked out the lady said ""you're really not going to tip?"" I'm sorry...I'm a great tipper but I had laser hair removal, not a pedicure. They also talked me into paying for ""touch up'"" treatments because ""they are always needed afterwards"". That wasnt true...the laser worked right away and now I've paid for 2 extra sessions. They said they would give my money back on the phone but when I got there, they refused. The 3 times Ive went so far, I've waited a minimum of 30 minutes and they left me with the numbing cream on for 45 minutes once after my 30 minute waiting room visit. Overall it's miserable.
