Shape medical has a great friendly staff, however, if you are getting botox, don't think you are getting as good of a deal as you think. First of all, they greatly inflate the ""deal"" you are getting on your groupon or living social deal. Their everyday price is only 8.00 per unit, NOT the 25.00 or 13.00, etc that they advertise on these deals. Free touch ups? of course because I truly believe that the botox is highly diluted. I had been getting botox at a plastic surgeons office for more than 5 years, and ALWAYS got fabulous results the FIRST time. I have never had to have a ""touchup"" before....At shape medical, I have received botox on 3 different occassions and have had to have a ""touchup"" on all occassions inorder to receive the results that I should have had the first time. If you are new to botox, you may think you are getting the accurate result when you go initially, so you never go back for your touchup. BUT if you have been getting botox elsewhere before, you know the first time result is not as good, or lasts as long as some more reputable places. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Make sure you ask how many units are being used as well, otherwise you could be charged for more than you are actually getting. Super nice people working there...Also, if you are using agroupon or living social, you can only use one per visit and have to wait 30 days to use the next one, and 10 units of botox is not enough to get a result on any part of your face, so be prepared to spend some extra $$ when you go!
