I do not recommend this company, also operating under the name ""Davis House Cleaning Services."" \r

We hired them to do a Move In cleaning of the home to which we were moving and a Move Out cleaning of the place we were leaving. We discovered at the last minute there was little to do for the Move In cleaning, but because we didn't want to cancel a scheduled appointment, leaving the cleaners out of a job, we conjured up a hour's worth of tasks. I asked them to clean out the fireplace, address cobwebs within the house, and wipe down cupboard shelves. They did clean the fireplace, but we have found cobwebs all over the house. Additionally, when I checked the cupboards, the shelves had not been wiped down. In fact, when I opened one cupboard, it contained well-developed cobwebs (the house had been vacant for two years), and a pie tin containing rat poison. Clearly, the cupboards hadn't even been checked, much less cleaned. For this we paid $85.\r

The Move Out service, with the same two cleaners, was equally unsatisfying. Basically, they did a half-baked job everywhere. They cleaned the oven but not the oven window, vacuumed the carpets in the rooms but not within the closets, cleaned the sinks but not the faucets, sort of cleaned the stove but not thoroughly, sort of cleaned the master bathroom but left a lot of soap scum behind. For this supposed 4 hour, two person job, we paid $157, causing us to wonder just what staff were actually doing during those 4 hours.\r

We will never use this service again and are telling our friends our experience.
