Bella lives up to all the Hype - Baltimore's Best Hair Salon (multiple years!!!). I recommend Bella to everyone. I have been a a happily returning client for several years. I've previously scheduled appointments with Mya, Andrea and Kristen (just to name a few) and always received superb haircuts, highlights and service . Because all the stylist are so talanted and knowlegable when I make appointments I just request whoever is available on the day and time that I can come in for a haircut etc. During my most recent visit, August 18, 2009, I was scheduled for a consultation with Olga and Kristen to create a new look. Kristen and Olga really listened to my concerns and ideas about what I wanted my ""new look"" to express. Needless to say, after listening to thier assessments of my hair and facial features and their recommendations on colour and hairstyle (taking my ideas into consideration) I just smiled and said ""sounds good to me!!"" Can I just say I LOVE MY NEW LOOK!!!! \r

Bella's atmosphere is really relaxing. The complimentary drinks, snacks and beautiful water views also help to ease the mood . The staff are really friendly and engaging. They also do a great job shaping and waxing my eyebrows. If anyone wants a terrific haircut, highlights etc. then go to Bella ,,,,,,,,Baltimore's Best Hair Salon!!!!!\r
