Okay, so let me just say that Paula's massage gets five stars--plus, it was free so that makes it even more wonderful. The location is also not bad and the office decor is pleasant. The DC that I met with was very nice as well. \r \r However, the hard wood floors in the waiting room don't absorb the noise: the constantly ringing/blaring (loud!) telephone, and there was a woman at the front desk that literally did not stop talking for the 20 minutes that I was there waiting. She was loud and chatted up everyone non stop (plus she was two feet away from me)! Not a good mix. I never get headaches and I had a doozy after 20 minutes in there. Also, this isn't their fault, but I am very sensitive to perfume and someone was wearing a lot of it, can't say whom it was though. All of the staffers were kind, even the chatterbox, but she just really annoyed me. I'm sure she's nice though and the other customers liked her. I think. Pros: Paula Cons: Very noisy and yes, I live in Manhattan
