Look no further if you've got back issues. I have suffered from what most people call ""non-specific low back pain"" for much of my adult life. I had been to numerous docs, specialists and even an orthopedic surgeon to try and determine what the problem was. None of them could tell me anything as to what was causing it, and none of them could help. Then I met Mike Dixey of OrthoRehab. Being a personal trainer myself, having a working back is important. After a couple weeks of working with Mike, my back pain was 99% better,and I was doing things I had not been able to do in years. He was able to actually identify the problem and give me corrective exercises that worked IMMEDIATELY. In my time working with Mike at OrthRehab, he has always been accessible to me, answered my questions via email and has been nothing but helpful. If you have a back problem that no one else has been able to help you with, go see Mike Dixey. He helped me when no one else seemed able to!!
