I'll never go there again and will never recommend him to anyone. I went there on recommendation from a friend and it was absolutely the worst auto service I have ever experienced in my life! \r \r I am a very patient person and typically give the auto shop, working on my vehicle, some space. Well, I took my pickup to Miles with a transmission problem and after about two weeks in his yard he got around to looking at it. Said it needed to be rebuilt and I asked if he knew someone that could do it. He said he could do no problem and I asked him what it would cost. He gave me a figure and I left leaving it in what I thought were his capable hands. After another two weeks with no word, I called and he gave me the run around on the phone about not being able to get a part. I gave him another two weeks and showed up at his shop. My transmission was on his bench and he was working on other customer vehicles. The guy had my truck for damn near a month and a half to do a transmission job and when I finally got the call to come and pick it up, the bill (which was already high) was several hundred dollars above what he initially quoted me. \r \r Go there for service at your peril!
