Review content:
We have eaten ""in"" Cazadores 4 times and ordered take-away 3 times. Every experience eating in the restaurant has been disappointing, at least re: service. First they ignore you when you come in the door, and then the hostess or host will reluctantly take your name. You wait huddled in the vestibule being buffeted by customers and servers going in and out for (in our at case) at a minimum 20 minutes and on our first visit, almost 45 minutes. There's no doubt the place is popular. Then you are seated under huge fans that swirl cold air and dust around. When they feel like it, the server will gradually mosey up to your table. If you are lucky, they speak enough English without your giving it two or three times, but you are in big trouble if you try to ask questions about a dish or deviate from the exact menu item (ie: ask for extra beans rather than rice.) Then you wait and wait for your meal. Which comes and is absolutely delicious, and you start to feel better about the whole situation, until it's time to get your check. That's when you wait some more. As for our take-away meals---three times, and we have never gotten an order that is correct. Last time, my husband even confirmed with the host, who assured him all was as we had called in. Nope, not when we got it home. I guess the only answer is to unpack each meal and inspect it before we leave. Or to drive up to Las Pyramides, but why should we have to leave Springboro? Like I said, the food is really good. It's just kind of frustrating. What's the problem in providing decent service? Even having to wait for a table wouldn't be so bad if you felt they appreciated your business even a little, but a lot of time as you stand in the doorway and wait, you feel like you are inconveniencing them. But the food is good.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Service Stinks!
