Review content:
Dr. Lalezari and the clinical staff are friendly, supportive and helpful. It gets very busy at times but they are always professional in their manners.
Often, those of us who are ill, feel vulnerable, irritable and need reassurance. I have found that while maintaining strong professional boundaries, Dr. Jay and the staff have really worked hard as advocates and always been honest.
This is coming from a person who has a deep distrust of Western medicine and is generally cynical about the motives of the medical establishment especially as it relates to pharmaceuticals. I am happy to report that my experience with Quest Clinical Research has been a huge exception to these negative beliefs. This trust has helped make my experience tremendously easier.
