Review content:
I have been going to Aria for many years for both waxing and hair service and have yet to be disappointed. The atmosphere has always been friendly and relaxed. Specifically, Barbara has been cutting and styling my hair for longer than i can remember- literally, my mother started having her hair done by Barbara when i was 3 years old. She has always been more than accommodating. She styled my mothers wigs when she was diagnosed with cancer, styled her hair when it began growing back in and even made house calls to trim my mother, sister's and my hair when she was too tired to bring us out. Many women understand the need to feel feminine and beautiful especially when going through a sickness like cancer. Barbara managed to make my mother feel like a beautiful woman at the most difficult times.\r Today, my sister and I will follow Barbara anywhere, we are just thrilled that it happens to be within the comfort of Aria's salon. Never have I had a bad cut or color, no matter how many times I have changed my image through my teens and into my mid twenties (she saved my hair after an interesting ""blue"" period). I now live in Manhattan and would rather make my way to Riverdale for any salon needs. I would suggest to any and all within traveling distance to experience what both Aria and Barbara have to offer. Pros: All of it- the service, the environment etc. Cons: ?
