This place looks lovely from the outside and the grounds are kept very pretty. But after a long year and a half. I terminated my lease. Within a 1yr and half, I had 3 leaks in my apartment that the maintenance guys took forever to fix. They are sooo slow at doing anything, numerious calls before something was actually done. YOU PAY WAYYY TO MUCH MONEY TO LIVE IN A SLUM. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE APARTMENT AND THINGS THEY NEVER FIXED, YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I WAS PAYING 300.00 FOR RENT, IT WAS DISQUSTING!! I WILL BE POSTING PICS. The management Stephanie, is just as rude and wrong as ever. She loves giving excuses as o why nothing is ever done. She even told me, it was the ""pee drain"" as to why one of the bathrooms smelled like rotten egg and eventually started smelling the whole apt like rotten egg. Never mind the dish washer working, cause your dishes are being washed in dirty water that sat at the bottom of the dishwasher, open it up and again the apt smells like egg!! THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING!. IF YOU CAN DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE MANAGEMENT IS NASTY AND RUDE, AND THE MAINTAINENCE GUYS ARE WELL..ARE THERE. YOU WILL BE PAYING TOO MUCH TO LIVE IN SUCH A BROKEN DOWN BEAT UP APT WHERE NTHIN IS EVER FIXED, SAVE YOU SOME MONEY AND PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET..THIS PLACE IS NOT WHERE TO BE!! TRUST ME.-review given by a former tenant who always paid on time, never any complaints and who is very responsible.
