I was so excited to finally get help with my thyroid, weight and hormones, that I cried through the first visit! I had no idea it was going to cost so much for the tests but my husband was texting me to ""go for it"", we'll make payments! It began immediately, I was feeling horrible after beginning a new detox and desperately tried for a week to get a Dr to return my calls. I took myself off of all supplements when Dr. Matilone finally called, 9 days later. (he also told me that brown rice has gluten in it and not to eat it). My next visit consisted of hormone testing, finally, and hundreds of dollars more. (which I believed I already paid for). Three weeks after sending my PAP results, that I had done at another office and sent the results to them, I still hadn't received a prescription nor results. I emailed yet another letter, making 4-5 emails begging for help, and someone there called a random Pharmacy with my prescription. They called me and were happy to transfer to my area. I'm still getting the run around. 4 weeks later I still don't have my results and I still have no Dr to ask questions of. They will NOT return a call nor an email. Now I cry because I'm so stressed and lost!!! I wish I never went there!
