Review content:
After waiting 40 minutes the food finally arrived cold and under cooked. I had ordered the steak medium but it arrived rare. The shrimp that came on the side tasted dried up and tasteless.
Unfortunately the service was quite bad as well. Our waiter was spread throughout the restaurant and seemed occupied with a big dinner table. At times he would provide a menu and then arrive back before we could have a chance to review it. At other times he was absent for long periods and would not make eye contact. Neither the roving manager nor waiter ever asked if our meal was satisfactory.
Having ordered the special (not priced on menu or disclosed) it was rather shocking when the bill arrived and the special had been priced significantly higher than other similar dinner entrees.
The only food that arrived promptly was what was dried on the wine glass.
