Businiess name:  Fleming's Prime Steakhouse

Review content:
There are very few good fine dining restaurants in the SLC area, so it is nice to see a restaurant like Fleming's helping to remedy the situation. I have been to Fleming's SLC quite a few times and the experience has been quite mixed. In some cases the service and food is on par with what you expect from similar steak houses elsewhere in the U.S. Other times you are stuck with average cuts of meat or fish served by a young, inexperienced kid that you would expect to find at a much cheaper restaurant. Maybe it was just his form of subtle condescension when our waiter told us they didn't carry any brand of White Zinfandel, but that he had a nice Beringer blush Zinfandel instead. I always thought the *waiters* were supposed to make fun of the *guests* that didn't know White Zinfandel isn't white. Pros: Good steaks Cons: Mediocre service
