There I was, staring at an absolute nightmare in my bathroom, knowing we we're going to have to call a plumber for this but how do you pick a plumbing company? I saw the Jim Wagner Plumbing co website and started reading the reviews and they all sounded great so I called and made the appt and then crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.....well, I have to say that I was extremely happy with the service that was provided for us by Greg Fagiano, a clean, fully uniformed licensed plumber who showed up within an hour and did an AWESOME JOB! he even took the time to look at some other issues that we we're having and gave us advice and tips on what to do with those issues. he absolutely went over and beyond for us today and told us exactly what was wrong, why, and what he was going to do to fix the problem step by step. I will never ever worry about plumbing issues again now that I know about Jim Wagner Plumbing co. I will use them again and again and would be happy to recommend this company to all my family and friends. and the thing that impressed me the most was that Greg put shoe covers on over his shoes as to not track anything through the house and I was so appreciative of that. I can tell you honestly that I had a very positive experience from start to finish! Greg was friendly and down to earth from the second I opened the door, he gave us tips and advice on other issues we have been having with the water drainage around our house and within 5 minutes of talking with him my husband and I we're feeling much better about the entire situation . I will never call another company for my plumbing needs! I now have my very own personal plumber to call on and his name is Greg Fagiano !!
