I had an incredible experience at Tiger Lilly for my first tattoo. Igor was absolutely incredible! I got a lotus flower on my hip and not only did Igor place it in perfect ""flow"" with the contours of my body, it also covered a surgical scar.\r

Everyone who has seen it has told me that it looks more like a painting than a tattoo. There's no cheesy cartoonish tattoo feel to it; it literally looks like a work of art. Igor took my concept and made it better than I could ever have imagined.
Pros: laid-back atmosphere, talented artist (Igor)
Cons: cash only (but ATM across street in convenience store)
