I wish I would have read the reviews before I rented from this ""company"", I moved in this house in October, the house went on the short sale market in January. In March, we had a pipe break which flooded our house, we had to relocate for 4 days, in which they WILL NOT reimburse me. In April we now have found out the house is now foreclosure. Easter Sunday our roof sprung a pretty good leak (which I notified them about in January) still nothing is done. When I call them their lovely excuse is ""We can not get a hold of the owner"" . Getting a hold of the owner is not my problem. My family and I lived in our previous rinky dink trailer for ten years, and we were kinda shakey on moving in the first place, the only two reasons we moved is because we could not keep up with the repairs of the trailer, and also my family is getting bigger and the trailer was not. Now my kids are worried about moving AGAIN...they will have to change schools and make new friends once AGAIN. I can not even get a hold of the actual owner of this house cause HP will not give me his information. Please do not rent from this so called ""property management company""\r
