To everyone thinking about renting from home pointe located at 5896 S. Land Park Dr. Sacramento, Ca 95822. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE MASSIVE HEADACHE.\r

1. They have the most direspectful and unprofessional staff starting with Cheryl and Janelle. It is very unclear to me how they stay in business, they have officially lost mine. \r

2. If you are a good renter they treat you like a bad one. I have kept the property very nice and have never been late on the rent , but home pointe demands to inspect your dwelling at any time and very frequently.\r

3. When repairs are needed it is better to make the repairs yourself. I have called in about the same problem for over 3 months, and it has still not been resolved. Every time I call in to explain a problem with the home, the staff is very unfriendly and speaks down to me as if they are my boss and I'm the employee. However I am the one paying them every month. They give me the impression that I should never call back!!!!!\r

4. If the three reasons above are not enough to keep you away from home pointe, you should see a doctor.
