When I lived in Los Angeles I spent a LOT of time at ULY and loved every minute of my practice there. I truly encountered the best teachers I have yet to come across (and I have tried a lot of studios in NY, Madison, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and of course Los Angeles!) and progressed in my practice to amazing extents. At ULY yoga is *also* a great workout but an even better way to understand and appreciate your body, your mind and maybe even more... I love the attention to detail at ULY and the deep knowledge of anatomy that ensures you have a safe, healing practice!
