The Hil is a country gem - about 20 miles SW of the Atlanta airport in Serenbe (in the new town of Chattahoochee Hills) - it is worth a drive! Farm fresh produce from the Serenbe organic gardens drive the frequently updated menu - kind of a healthy New American / Farm to Table pastiche. Chef Hilary White has a delicate touch with her simple but perfectly prepared entrees, all built on a foundation of super high quality ingredients. The dining room is cozy, and the service is surprisingly good for the countryside.
