I performed a project for Dr. James Lahoe and he would not pay me until I had to threaten him with an attorney. It took almost nine months before he was forced to honor his obligations. In the process I found out he took advantage of other people that were not so lucky myself. Mr. Lahoe then attempted to harrass me by turning me over to several agencies. I believe he is emotionally unstable. He tried to cheat me then became enraged after I would not let him take advantage of me, then he attempted to destroy my reputation. He could have attempted to resolve an issue in court if he believed he had a legitimate grievance. He was afraid to stand before a judge. He knew he was in the wrong and did not like it when someone stood up to him. I believe he is a bad person an wish to warn anyone who may come in contact with him.
