I had established a relationship already with one of the sales staff, Joseph Ibraham, with a previous purchase of my ML. When I heard that Joseph was on leave, I was bummed knowing that the sales person working with me had hard shoes to fill. I had high expectations. Upon arrival to the dealership, Moe Hazem introduced himself and made my transition to a C class absolutely wonderful. Moe's professionalism earned my trust. The fact that he helped put me into the RIGHT car (after my bazillion questions and financing requests) earned him continued trust. I can't wait for my next Mercedes experience!!!
