La Paz was recommended to me by a few friends that were familiar with the whole colonics procedure. I have to admit that I was a little nervous going into it for the first time, but Debbie put me at ease quickly. The spa itself is very clean, comfortable and modern, and everything was explained to me in detail. You can have someone stay in there with you or not, it's your choice. It's not painful or even uncomfortable, just different. I felt great afterwards and am looking forward to doing it again!
Pros: You feel so good afterwards
Cons: I would do this more often if I could buy a series
