Review content:
Went in for a facial, the Esthetician was not there for my appointment, either she forgot or there was some sort of scheduling issue, it was never explained to me just one ""I'm sorry"" said and then they called her to come in from her home in Roseville so it took awhile. Meanwhile I waited in the lobby the girls and a guy were gathered around talking trash about another spa in Granite Bay. It was just unbelievably unprofessional and not at ALL spa like or relaxing. A male massage therapist came over and chatted with me for a moment, he was the only nice thing about the visit. The lobby of the place is basically a big open room with everything from clothing for sale to hairstylist stations, no ambiance. The back rooms are much nicer but the facial was just o.k. I got the drift that the gal was mad about having to come in and did not do her best. They tried to hard-sell me into booking another service on my way out which of course I would not even consider. When I tried to gently explain that my experience did not warrant another visit the girl got hostile, and checked me out without another word. I think next time I will try that place in Granite Bay!
