I've never in my life written a letter of praise or complaint. Here's my first:
After hearing about Silk for some time, I finally made reservations for massages for my husband and me. Upon arrival, little did we know that downstairs from the darling storefront boutique is a huge spa. The boutique is filled with some of the most interesting and marvelously chosen items I've seen in NYC. I did severe damage to the credit card on my way out!
After receiving the best massages of our lives, the staff had champagne and flowers awaiting us! I didn't even remember mentioning it was our anniversary. This attention to detail and the kind and caring staff will definitely bring us back.
With spas opening every day and each one being more plush and grand than the last, I happily have found the perfect one of the lot: Silk Day Spa.
