Are there really any SATISFIED OWNERS or are they all fabricated. IIf you're satisfied why don't you leave your name? I've been telling everyone who will listen that Rathbun is a HORRIBLE company.\r

They collect rent on the 1st but hold your money for at least 3 weeks. They don't return emails or respond to letters which seems they don't want anything in writing. They charge outrageous fees for cleaning and maintenance. I had the carpets cleaned and they insisted I have them done again with their company. They charged me $13 to tighten a screw on a toilet paper holder! It's now been 4 weeks since they collected the rent on my house and I still don't have a deposit into my account.
