I've worked with roy for a number of years and he has always been honest with me. He is not the best in the business or the worst. For the last year with him his business seemed to be in turmoil, I was concerned about my properties because of a few late-rent payments to me but I was fine. Doing business with roy for the first decade was great, he was honest and would often go above and beyond. The last year of his business was a rollercoaster for us and him, however I am confident he will do all he can to make things right with everyone he owes. I don't think I will have him running my investments again in the near future but its not because he's disHONEST, its becuase he is disORGANIZED. Don't hate on him, he is a good man and the more I have learned about some of the difficulties in his background the more understanding I feel to direct towards him. So, my experience was Great at frist and bad at the end, making it a very average business encounter.
Pros: Genuinely good man
Cons: Simply Disorganized
