I found the Minneapolis Wellness Center the weekend of October 25, 2008, when I was in so much pain from my Fibromyalgia that I couldn't walk without a cane, and then it was a slow, painful walk. Terri was so understanding & helpful and she got me in for both the float tank & a massage the next day. Both were very relaxing and I was surprised how easy it is to ""float"" away my body pains. I cannot swim and I'm deathly afraid of being in water unless it's the shower!! Once I relaxed, my body pain literally ""floated"" away. After both the massage and the float tank I told Terri, ""I'm a new woman!!"" and walked out of there with NO pain and NO cane! I felt so pain free! \r \r I continue weekly visits to manage my Fibromyalgia, which intensifies when it is cold. (So, why am I living in MN!! LOL!) I recommend the Minneapolis Wellness Center for anyone looking to manage their pain. Also, the entire Staff @ the Wellness Center are very helpful and nice to everyone.\r \r MarianH Pros: EZ to find, free parking, friendly staff.
