I'm 52 years-old, and have two young children (and two adult children). Last week, between a brief vacation and the MN State Fair during which I carried our 2-1/2 year-old on my shoulders. Of course, every time I made a choice with physical ramifications, it felt ""fine""; until the morning I awakened in a body that couldn't bend or lift. I called, booked a time, and received a healing, deep-tissue massage from Kimberly. I can now, again, stretch and touch my toes and can lift at about 70% capacity. I am going in for another deep-tissue massage, and am considering the stretching class offered at The Wellness Center.
