was promised 6 days completion. they 31 days to do so. grout is already cracking after 2 months.
RESPONSE FROM Kay Riley Flooring & Design:
We were so sorry about the way the Pollard's job was delayed. We worked so hard to get this done in a timely manner. Every product that the Pollards selected was back-ordered from the manufacturer. We even had an issue with our installer getting there. It was a perfect storm. We again apologize for the inconvenience this left you with. Our offer still stands to come and fix the grout at no charge. This was not our finest hour but we still stand read to do as much to correct the situation as possible if you will allow us to.
