Review content:
Short Story:\r
Brother in law involved in accident.\r
Vehicle towed to Stewart's Towing in Livingston, LA\r
I went to the vehicle to gather all belongings not bolted to the vehicle and take pictures.\r
Mrs. Rhonda... GREAT!!!\r
She tried to stop IAA from picking up the vehicle after my sister-in-law contacted Insurance Co. and Stewert's to hold vehicle until after 2-3pm in order to replace after market radio, wheels & tires they just spend a lot of money on before the accident.\r
IAA towed vehicle anyway regardless of the time frame they were given from the insurance company and Mrs. Rhonda at Stewert's.\r
My husband is having to leave work in order to replace the after market merchandise with the stock merchandise installed on the vehicle at the time of purchase. His sister is disorientated over her husbands injuries and is not thinking clearly. \r
Seems to me IAA is aware and purposely recovered the vehicle before the time frame they were given. \r
Just irriated at the siuations face value. If there is more to this from IAA I would like to know. \r
The owner of the vehicle and his family are going through enough and do not need the added stress of trying to recover the money they spent in aftermarket merchandise on a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident that caused his vehicle to wrap around a tree off of I-12 and has left him in the hospital until further notice!
