Review content:
A few years ago I had such jaw pain I couldn’t even chew my food and could barely open my mouth. I was hopeless and depressed after seeing local dentists and orthodontists who were unable to help me, though they tried. I was referred to Dr. Zane, a neuro-muscular dentist as a last hope for some relief from the pain in my jaw. I was immediately relieved to hear him speak of a pain free existence. He referred me to Dr. Stoess-Allen for my orthodontic care. I felt from the day I met her that I was in the right hands. She took as much time as I needed to explain the process and understood my reservations about having braces as an adult. She too talked about a time when I would be pain free. After years of pain I knew there was really no option but to try this treatment.
Amazingly from the day the braces were on I was free from jaw pain! I could once again eat and chew. I felt hopeful for the first time in years that this could work. Now, a year after my braces were removed I am totally pain free! My teeth are straight, aligned and my bite is comfortable. I attribute this to Dr. Stoess Allen and her wonderful, supportive staff. They have been understanding, caring, and compassionate throughout my treatment process. If you have lived with daily pain, you can imagine that I am more than happy to give these well-deserved accolades Dr. Stoess Allen!
