I walked past three other hardware stores the other day to get to Pintchik, because I knew they wouldn't treat me like a dumb blond. A really nice guy (he wouldn't tell me his name...""there's no 'I' in team"" he says...) helped me find the right sized screws to replace the ones that my cat stole from me so I could re-mount my wall sconce, and then gave me the screws for free. And when I couldn't get my kitchen faucet apart to install a water filter several months back, another staff member assured me it came apart and sold me a 7$ wrench to do the job instead of trying to sell me a whole new faucet. They are awesome there, and I find what I'm looking for 95% of the time. I'm glad I live nearby!
