My stylist at the salon is great....the reception leaves a LOT to be desired. On more than one occasion, I was treated as if I was 'below' the clientelle by the receptionest (whom I later found to be the owener.) I put up with the less than stellar treatment because I loved my stylist so much. But when I was berated for being ten minutes late by the receptionist (again, the owner) I decided to take my hard earned money elsewhere. Maybe she won't treat you so poorly, but it's your gamble. How sad for her employees.
Pros: great staff, great ambience
