After having to go back and forth and replace the same phone four times, I happen to nonchalantly peruse the phones at this particular verizon store while waiting for a friend last week. The folks in downtown seattle and northgate were always holier than thou when dealing with me and never listened to my problems. I wasn't even expecting to talk to anybody at the supermall verizon because I assumed I'd be treated the same way. when John and his manager Jonathan found out that I had the phone replaced 4 times, they immediately got me into a different model phone and went out of their way to do so.
I got an upgrade via 2 day fedex and I LOVE this new phone. THANK YOU GUYS!
