Review content:
We had made reservations a few days before. On the online registration form, we gave all of our information INCLUDING our phone number. We stayed in Asheville, woke up EARLY that Saturday morning, drove an hour and 15 minutes to the establishment, walked inside, and was told, "The water is too high. Maybe you can try again in the morning." WHAT?! We understand the importance of safety, but WHY did they ask us for our information INCLUDING phone number, if they weren't going to use it????????? With gas as high as it is, it would have been great had they of called us the evening before or even EARLY that morning to inform us that they weren't taking anyone on the water that day. We ended up wasting over 3 hours of our trip. This is poor customer service. If you're staying in Asheville, there are several other places to canoe - places much closer - and we recommend using them.
