I have been a long time (12 years) member of CGI Holistic in Closter NJ, right behind the K-Mart.
The energy / Dahn yoga improved the quality of my life both physically and emotionally. Come and give it a try. It is low impact with great results.
There is many other services at CGI but I really love the yoga.
