STEER CLEAR OF THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY\r \r Ron Autry works for Mortgage Advisory Group. Mr. Autry misrepresented himself during a six-week escrow of my home purchase during November 2012. Autry was brought into the original deal by my real estate agent. It was my impression that Autry did not fully disclose and forcefully rushed me through the document signing. Instead of answering my questions, he told me he 'would take care of it'.\r \r During the course of my escrow, Autry continued to alter agreements. In addition, Autry produced false documents to the lender and presented false guidelines to me. There was very little communication on his part for the first four weeks of my escrow. When I confronted him, he says that my file was left unattended on someone's desk and that he was really sorry. Towards the end of escrow, he presented me unrealistic, last-minute deadlines and expectations. Autry went as far as changing all conditions of my loan on the day the escrow was closing.d\r \r I mistakenly trusted my real estate agent and his confidence in Autry. Needless to say, the home sale fell through right after Thanksgiving 2012.\r \r Out of nowhere in Feb 2013, I received an invoice asking me to pay for an appraisal he ordered without my knowledge. My suspicion is that he figured this was an easy deal for him to close so he jumped right in, didn't give me the attention of most clients, and left me hugely disappointed and homeless.\r \r Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Mortgage Group Advisory Mill Creek and Everett.
