Review content:
I would not recommend this business to any friend. I contacted the store and made an appointment for an alignment and tire swap. I provided all the information about my vehicle and the tires being swapped. Upon arrival, the store did not have my alignment appointment and the timeslot had been given to another customer. I was frustrated that they lost my appointment, but needed to get the tires swapped so told them I would reschedule the alignment for another time and to proceed with taking care of the tires. They took my key and I sat down in the waiting room. A few minutes later, they came out and told me that they could not even do the alinment and that I had to take the car to the dealer. \r
\r
30 minutes later, the Assistant Manager of the store (Paul Mueller) came out and told me that they could not swap the tires due to the fact that I did not buy the tires from them. When I told him that I communicated the fact that I would be bringing in the tires when I made the appointment, he indicated that all employees know the policy and would not do that. I then let Paul know that I had just did the exact same thing for my other car at the same location a few weeks ago...and that he could look in his system to verify. He checked and confirmed that this was true. He told me that he still could not do the swap.\r
\r
I let him know that it made no sense at that he would likely lose a customer over this. His response was ""OK."" I asked to speak with his manager. He was not available to speak with me. I recounted to Paul all of the conversations I had leading up to this point and how none of the commitments made to me had been completed. I then took my key and left.\r
\r
I could not beleive it. Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had! I then called Firestone and gave them the same info. They said they would be happy to help. I took my car to them and they mounted the tires without any trouble or hesitation. Now that is customer service! Shame on Les Schwab for misrepresenting what they could do and for providing a poor customer experience.\r
