I had an old furnace, it was the original furnace for the house, and I had Flame Furnace Company Heating & Cooling check it out every year before winter. The young man came in to clean it this year and came up to me with the bad news. He explained that I needed a new one, and his explanation was so nice and kind. The way he broke the news was very nice, and so we went ahead and called the office to schedule an appointment with a salesman.
The original young man was very helpful. In our talk I found out that his father had also worked for Flame, and that I had specifically called for his dad to come and look at the furnace before because he was so nice. Everyone who had come to look at furnace from Flame is very professional.
It wasn't long after that that the salesman made the appointment with me and came out. He was very helpful, and not pushy at all. He gave me the facts about the new furnace and was very nice.
On the day for the furnace to be put in the technicians came on time. They were right there, very professional, and got right to work. The two technicians were really wonderful; I was very impressed. I also wanted a humidifier added to the furnace, and asked the salesman for the same technician since he already knew the furnace from installing it. He was very nice, accommodating, and did a good job.
I had the furnace inspected by our inspector here in Grosse Pointe Woods, and as soon as he saw Flame Furnace's name he had very good words to say about the company. Everyone who sees their sign, including a company looking at my brickwork and a window company, have great things to say about Flame Furnace. They have a great reputation. They are highly regarded.
I have had a wonderful experience with Flame Furnace. When I had the old furnace and they would service it, they were always accommodating and nice. Even the people I get when I call the office are very nice. I was kind of skeptical about replacing the furnace, because I didn't know what I would get, but the whole process was smooth. I love the furnace, and the house is warm. I would certainly recommend them highly.
