I have worked with dozens of contractors and Hugh is the best by far. He exceeded my expectations on a number of levels. The work he did on my loft is outstanding! His pricing is very fair and he was willing to beat his competitors. The contract was straight forward, no ambiguous language. All of the work was completed on time and within budget. Most importantly, he was very good at communicating with me and my tenant throughout the process to ensure that we were both satisfied. 6 stars for RCH Construction for being the only contractor to meet and exceed my high expectations. He will be the first person I call for my next project. Highly recommend!!
