I called ASI Heating & Air the morning of 4-10-13, & explained my problem. The receptionist arranged a time period between 11- 2pm., At approximately 11am the repairman Mike B. arrived, he was very courteous & promptly applied the felt booties before entering the home. His expertise with the model of my heater was outstanding, he diagnosed the problem shortly & after a timely run for the parts repaired the unit. Mike B., was professional at all times yet personable, I would recommend ASI & Mike B. for a positive repair service.
