Businiess name:  Cafe Europa

Review content:
First of all, I don't believe most reviews I read on citysearch, positive or negative, too much anger. There is too much to be said about this Europa. The coffee and pastries are delicious, depending on the Barista, and the muffins are a homemade work of art. But, I find their politics very conservative and a little odd for Capitol Hill. No W stickers though. So, here's the funny thing, we have been coming here for about 3 years now and they have never ever been rude or grouchy with me or my partner, just a little uptight about their policies. In fact I would say they have been oddly generous and gracious, far beyond almost every other coffiter on the hill that just want's your money. The typical Seattle Barista is cold & impersonal, we all know this, I think it's part of their training. Anyway, they even let us run a tab! Try that on 15th or Broadway. lol. Instead of rushing to a harsh judgment, I inquire. Isn't that what being an intelligent liberal-progressive is all about? I'm sorry but the signs don't offend me, but that's because I actually asked them the reasoning behind them. For the most part I think they're just kinda silly. I've heard crazy rumors from people who admit that they have never even been in the place. Some of these reviews seem too personally pointed; its hard to believe their sincerity. What do all of our high open-minded principals stand for? I appreciate ALL diversity and strong conviction whether or not I agree. I think some of my fellow reviewers obviously do not?
