Dave's knows his transmissions and makes sure they get fixed, repaired or replaced better than anyone I have dealt with in the past, including the dealer. And, he does it for almost half the price. My wife's Volvo S80 needed to have her transmission repaired and he had the experience to fix it right. I runs better than it did when it was new.
The shop is a bit quirky, full of cars, indicating lots of customers,but they do the job right. I have taken my cars to Daves for the past five years. He tells you if he can't do a job and he tells you the real problem, never charging more or doing more work than needed. The shop is the only place I have been to that will drive with you to find out what the problem is and listen to you to make sure they are focused on the right issues.
I would highly recommend using Dave for any transmission problems and many others you may have.
