LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! I was researching 2010 Outbacks and this cool blue one kept popping up in my search. The price was great…the year of the car and mileage: all great.
Then I saw I could instant message with the dealership on their webpage…and that’s how I met Cody Flynn (one of their fantastic customer service reps). He was personable (even over the web) and so willing to help.
I eventually gave him a call as I started to fine-tune my car buying options and immediately felt a rapport with him (which in my experience, is very rare with dealership people).
We talked a bit about the car, about what I was looking for, etc. It definitely seemed that the car would be a good fit for my needs.
So I decided to drive the hour and a half to Enumclaw to take a look at this car.
Everyone there was great. Friendly… in a genuine way. It made the long drive…during rush hour traffic…worth every minute.
I ended up buying that cool, blue Subaru from my friendly…and oh so patient… sales guy (Todd Geelan) for a very fair price and had fun (yes, fun) during my entire time there.
The finance guy (Tom Rockwood) got me an even better finance rate through BECU than I was pre-approved for.
I highly recommend Art Gamblin Motors. No matter where you are driving from :)
