Review content:
I had color, highlights and a cut. The color came out much too dark for my skin tone. The highlights are barely visible and the cut was not the new look I requested. A friend had an appointment with the same stylist and had a very similar experience. They put me under a very hot dryer to process the color and my scalp was burning terribly. I was told they have had others react to the reformulated product.......and they were still using it. To say the least, this was a terrible experience. Cannot recommend.
