I have been going to BLUE MEDI SPA on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks for many years. I enjoyed its location, modern architecture and good service. Botox was administered by friendly, professional nurses who would take their time with you and would apply Botox carefully, minimizing pain and swelling. They would always make me, the client feel cared for and special.. The $225 fee for Botox in one area (20 units) seemed reasonable for the level of service provided..\r \r Unfortunatelly, I am sorry to report that my most recent visits to BLUE MEDI SPA have been very disappointing. The front desk staff are still helpful, however, the nurses have been downsized or replaced?) In my last visit I was met by a nurse, (who I rather not name), who saw me in the afternoon. My Botox session consisted of her complaining non-stop about how she was being overworked, overbooked and how patients are scheduled 15 apart..\r \r Unlike the previous gentle nurses who made the injections almost painless, she see
