I was so dissapointed in this hair! I have been wearing extensions for 10 years and have never had this many problems. I was recently complaining to my extension specialist that the quaility of the hair I buy locally has gone down so she suggested that I try buying from His & Hers Hair Goods. I bought the best hair available which was $319.00 for what they claim to be their finest hair... Cuticle Hair. Yikes! That is Double the price of the hair I buy locally!! But I trusted their Claim it would last 6 months! It immediately started tangling up and was unmanageable. I read the instructions on how to take care of it and followed religiously. It looked worse after the first wash and then would not even brush out after the 2nd wash! I had it taken out within 2 weeks but since it is over the 10 day Refund Period of course now I am not eligible for a refund. Ahhh Rip Off! Please do not buy this hair!!
