1. They do not respect your time. I am pregnant and instead of scheduling a midwife chat, ultra sound and Doc Appointment in the same day. They wanted to me to come in for 3 separate appointments. (they do not tell you this until you get there for your first appointment, they gave me the impression I was seeing a doc).\r
I chatting with other expecting mothers and this is not normal protocol. Have an appointment for all 3 at the same time this friday at a different doc. \r
2. They sent me a bill for almost $300 for chatting with a midwife who was very young and her answer to most of my questions was.. I am not sure or we do not give advice on this (basic questions such as exercise). \r
I called and they did not even attempt to run it though my insurance.\r
They care about making lots of appointments to get money and not about your care.\r
