Be very careful before making a decision to join this company. All promises made at the time of joining will fly out of window very soon after you join (expect back stabbings as a bonus from the owner and his immediate staff as the time goes). You will have to handle stress of regular work at client, if they find any for you(have seen so many people on bench for 8-12 months without any pay/allowance) and also lots of harassment's from logic planet staff !! Multiple filings due to deliberate RFEs/Audits are thing of routine. Suffered unlimited torture while I worked with them. Its a personal experience.
